Treino, sess\u00e3o de pr\u00e1tica, concerto, se preferir! \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um grande obst\u00e1culo ao desempenho m\u00e1ximo<\/strong>. Sentir-se preocupado prejudica&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nunomarinhomusic.wordpress.com\/2016\/07\/10\/balancing-work-and-rest\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">repouso<\/a>, recarga e&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nunomarinhomusic.wordpress.com\/2016\/07\/24\/burnout-prevention\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">desapego ao trabalho<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quanto mais nos preocupamos com a pr\u00e1tica, o desempenho, os prazos, os eventos ou outros assuntos, mais sentimos a necessidade de trabalhar mais e descansar menos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A desvincula\u00e7\u00e3o mental \u00e9 cada vez mais dif\u00edcil de conseguir quando surgem sentimentos de inseguran\u00e7a, incapacidade ou falta de prepara\u00e7\u00e3o. For\u00e7ar as coisas parece ser a \u00fanica sa\u00edda: praticar mais, trabalhar mais e ficar acordado at\u00e9 tarde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O problema \u00e9 que o c\u00edrculo vicioso agrava-se em dire\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 exaust\u00e3o se n\u00e3o for devidamente tratado. Ent\u00e3o, porque \u00e9 que nos preocupamos e como podemos come\u00e7ar&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nunomarinho.bandcamp.com\/album\/letting-go-the-world-of-make-believe\">Deixar ir... O mundo do faz-de-conta<\/a>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Press\u00e3o do tempo<\/strong>&nbsp;cria tens\u00f5es, preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es e inquieta\u00e7\u00f5es que prejudicam o seu trabalho e desempenho. Quanto mais a falta de tempo \u00e9 sentida, menos o ritmo \u00e9 imposto. O estado de alerta constante suga-nos a vida e come\u00e7amos a&nbsp;<strong>obsess\u00e3o em fazer as coisas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Primeiro as coisas mais importantes:&nbsp;<strong>Resolva as suas preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es de uma vez por todas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">H\u00e1 algum assunto pendente, alguma loi\u00e7a para lavar ou roupa suja para limpar? Fa\u00e7a-o. Ponha tudo para tr\u00e1s das costas e siga em frente. Trate das suas compras, dos seus compromissos, das suas listas de afazeres e v\u00e1 buscar&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.headspace.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Espa\u00e7o na cabe\u00e7a<\/a>&nbsp;fechando todos os loops abertos que ruminam em c\u00edrculos \u00e0 volta da sua cabe\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fechar os loops \u00e9 id\u00eantico em qualquer tipo de circunst\u00e2ncia, especialmente quando se pratica ou actua numa situa\u00e7\u00e3o musical.
