O homem de 62 anos correu 17 quil\u00f3metros em 43 minutos e j\u00e1 tinha corrido uma vez em 42 minutos.&nbsp;<em>\u201cA parte mais dif\u00edcil n\u00e3o \u00e9 a corrida, \u00e9 a prepara\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria para a poder realizar\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;disse ele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J\u00e1 n\u00e3o estava disposto a repetir a experi\u00eancia. N\u00e3o por causa da corrida em si, mas por causa da prepara\u00e7\u00e3o di\u00e1ria necess\u00e1ria antes da corrida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do mesmo modo, apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es em salas de concerto, audi\u00e7\u00f5es, concursos, testes ou uma simples atua\u00e7\u00e3o num bar local podem exigir um n\u00edvel de prepara\u00e7\u00e3o intenso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O que \u00e9 que acontece depois? Correu a maratona, preparou-se para esse grande evento... e espera n\u00e3o voltar num futuro pr\u00f3ximo. Porque \u00e9 que \u00e9 mais dif\u00edcil voltar no dia seguinte e come\u00e7ar tudo de novo? De onde vem esse sentimento de apatia, de perda de energia, de indiferen\u00e7a ou de distanciamento? O que fazer com ele?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lembro-me de ver o Michael Phelps a ganhar&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=GTbbnhnnMQU\">Medalha de ouro nos 200m Medley Individual nos Jogos Ol\u00edmpicos de Londres 2012<\/a>, os seus 20<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;o que fez dele o maior atleta ol\u00edmpico de todos os tempos, al\u00e9m de ser o \u00fanico atleta a vencer essa competi\u00e7\u00e3o tr\u00eas vezes consecutivas. Conseguiu ultrapassar o seu arquirrival Ryan Lochte e v\u00e1rios advers\u00e1rios mais jovens e dotados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depois do feito, Phelps tinha ainda mais uma prova de nata\u00e7\u00e3o para ganhar o seu 21<sup>st<\/sup>&nbsp;medalha de ouro! Ele descansou? Festejou? Nem pensar, Jos\u00e9! O tipo pediu autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o aos oficiais para \u201crelaxar\u201d na piscina de aquecimento (ver minutos 7:17 e 8:19 do v\u00eddeo). \u00c9 incr\u00edvel, n\u00e3o achas?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ent\u00e3o, como \u00e9 que podemos evitar o esgotamento, a exaust\u00e3o e a perda de interesse em voltar \u00e0 sala de ensaio no dia seguinte e continuar a trabalhar nessas costeletas?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como j\u00e1 vimos anteriormente, um equil\u00edbrio individual&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nunomarinhomusic.wordpress.com\/?p=853&amp;preview=true&amp;frame-nonce=53548e5c08&amp;iframe=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">R\u00e1cio trabalho-descanso<\/a>&nbsp;favorece a nossa capacidade de reabastecer a nossa energia para continuar a avan\u00e7ar e evita o t\u00e9dio ou o desinteresse mental. Mas isto acontece DURANTE a nossa pr\u00e1tica. O que acontece DEPOIS do fim da sess\u00e3o de treino \u00e9 diferente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando falamos de per\u00edodos de repouso, estamos basicamente a referir-nos a dois conceitos principais:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>O per\u00edodo de descanso no meio de uma sess\u00e3o de treino (os 5 minutos do&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nunomarinhomusic.wordpress.com\/?p=877&amp;preview=true&amp;frame-nonce=53548e5c08&amp;iframe=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">T\u00e9cnica Pomodoro<\/a>&nbsp;ou um Timeout da NBA);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O per\u00edodo de repouso entre as sess\u00f5es de treino (por exemplo, um dia, ir para casa dormir, tirar um dia de folga, fins-de-semana, feriados ou f\u00e9rias de ver\u00e3o).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O que fazemos durante esses per\u00edodos de descanso mais longos pode ter um grande impacto nos nossos desempenhos seguintes.&nbsp;<strong>O pensamento obsessivo e a preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o ao longo do dia aumentam a exaust\u00e3o<\/strong>. O seu apego mental e emocional torna mais dif\u00edcil para si&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nunomarinho.bandcamp.com\/album\/letting-go-the-world-of-make-believe\">Deixar ir<\/a>&nbsp;e impede-o de fazer uma verdadeira pausa no trabalho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando estamos a sofrer de esgotamento, apercebemo-nos de que n\u00e3o estamos a 100% das nossas capacidades. Isso \u00e9 uma fonte de preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o e faz com que nos agarremos mais, ficando uma hora a mais no trabalho, uma hora a mais no gin\u00e1sio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nos meus anos de advogado, j\u00e1 tive este problema. Os prazos judiciais tinham de ser rigorosamente respeitados e o trabalho tinha de ser feito com anteced\u00eancia. No escrit\u00f3rio, esfor\u00e7ava-me por conseguir mais uma hora por dia. Cheguei mesmo a falar da necessidade de um hor\u00e1rio de 25<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;hora para fazer tudo! Sem ter para onde ir, os dias de trabalho estavam a aumentar, ao mesmo tempo que as noites de sono estavam a diminuir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O problema \u00e9 que o facto de se trabalhar uma hora a mais para recuperar o atraso faz com que o per\u00edodo de descanso seja muito mais longo, sobrecarregando, cansando e esgotando as reservas de energia. Precisar\u00e1 de ainda mais tempo para recuperar e de clareza de esp\u00edrito para parar este efeito de bola de neve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>O desinteresse mental \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3rio<\/strong>. N\u00e3o se sai do gin\u00e1sio a pensar nas repeti\u00e7\u00f5es de b\u00edceps ou de agachamento que se fez na sess\u00e3o, certo? A sua mente p\u00e1ra de pensar nisso depois de terminar o exerc\u00edcio espec\u00edfico e passa para o seguinte. Da mesma forma, depois de terminar a sua sess\u00e3o de treino auditivo, pare de cantar intervalos. P\u00e1ra de cantarolar pequenas melodias. Pare de tentar descobrir qual \u00e9 a progress\u00e3o de acordes de todas as m\u00fasicas que est\u00e1 a ouvir na r\u00e1dio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se \u00e9 m\u00fasico e est\u00e1 a ler isto, por favor, feche um pouco a sua mente! Desligue o r\u00e1dio, tire os auscultadores e v\u00e1 procurar outra coisa para fazer. S\u00f3 te est\u00e1s a enlouquecer a ti pr\u00f3prio (e \u00e0s pessoas \u00e0 tua volta)! A s\u00e9rio!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eis algumas&nbsp;<strong>sugest\u00f5es para se desligar da pr\u00e1tica e recuperar energia<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cessar todas as liga\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas com o trabalho. Nada de e-mails, chamadas telef\u00f3nicas ou mensagens de texto. Experimente mudar para o modo de voo e veja o que acontece;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00e3o ceder \u00e0 sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de emerg\u00eancia perp\u00e9tua causada pela necessidade de responder a todas as situa\u00e7\u00f5es externas&nbsp;<em>est\u00edmulos<\/em>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00e3o ofere\u00e7a disponibilidade 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana. Estabele\u00e7a algumas regras e atenda os pedidos num determinado per\u00edodo de tempo;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desligar-se de colegas m\u00fasicos, estudantes ou agentes musicais de vez em quando. Conhecer pessoas diferentes com interesses diferentes e falar de outros assuntos para al\u00e9m da m\u00fasica;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixar de trabalhar nos feriados, nas \u00e9pocas festivas do ano e nas f\u00e9rias.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Produzir um trabalho extraordin\u00e1rio requer aprender a parar.
